In modern times, the drum continues to expand and redefine some paradigms, which makes it a perfect tool for groups looking to strengthen bonds and reinforce the idea of "teamwork".

Nothing strengthens relationships better than having a shared positive experience. Our Team Drum programs present the opportunity for everyone to be "in the band". Don't fret (pardon the pun) if you don't have a single musical bone in your body. These activities are geared to those who are not as of yet musically inclined or proficient. We provide all of the tools (such as drums, percussive instruments and instruction) that you'll need to succeed. You provide some folks who are open for a new adventure. What unfolds is a creative and transforming experience that will empower all involved as the day's work culminates in an explosive musical extravaganza by confident and motivated musicians.

The schedule for each program varies as we custom-craft each activity to our clients goals, time frames, budget, group size and demographics. These workshops benefit all types of group dynamics, whether you are a dozen execs who have worked together for 10 years or a group of 50 floor associates of a newly-merged company.
