Lunch

Boxed lunches or gourmet lunches can be added to your itinerary.

Typical boxed lunches consist of a sandwich, chips, fruit, dessert, and beverages. ($16pp)

Upgraded lunches include a gourmet deli-style sandwich, 2 side salads, fruit, upscale baked goods for dessert and select beverages. ($24pp)

Dinner

Dinner options can be added to the end of the day's activities. We have private facilities that make for a true dining experience. Whether you're looking for a rustic Colorado style cabin for your meal or reservations at one of the many local eateries, we can see to your cravings.

Dinner can be simple yet scrumptious with several culinary options such as our popular "Italian Feast" which includes a home-made pasta dish, a salad or soup, dessert and non-alcoholic beverages. ($24pp)

Step up to the customized 5-course meal plan. This decadent option offers anything from smoked salmon with a raspberry demi-glace over pesto bow-tie pasta to live Maine lobster with all the New England trimmings! ($25-$40 pp)

Our "worldly" chefs would love some suggestions as to what you would like to see on the dinner table as well. Indian Curries, Thai Noodles, Vietnamese Spring rolls, Moroccan Kabobs, maybe even an authentic Luau complete with roast pig. Just let us know. All meals can be customized and ordered for any particular fare. Vegetarian and vegan meals also optional.
